Do you accept insurance?

Nova Physical Therapy & Wellness is an out-of-network provider. This allows us to provide long, one-on-one sessions and fully personalized care without the restrictions often placed by insurance companies (time limits, visit limits, specific interventions). We can provide a superbill for the patient to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.

Can I use HSA/FSA?

Yes! We accept HSA and FSA payments.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?

No. All sessions are provided in the comfort of your home, allowing for personalized care in a familiar and convenient environment.

What areas do you serve?

We serve families primarily in Montgomery, Woodforest, and The Woodlands. Please call or message us if you are located outside these locations!

How long are sessions?

Initial Evaluations: 60-75 minutes

Follow-Up Treatment Visits: 60 minutes

Do I need a referral from my provider?

Texas law allows you to undergo a physical therapy evaluation and receive treatment for up to 30 days without a referral. A referral after 30 days will be needed, and it will be the patient’s responsibility to contact the referring provider to fax the referral to 866-728-0801.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit is a comprehensive, one-on-one evaluation in which we discuss your history, assess your movement, and create a personalized plan of care.
