Your body goes through so much during pregnancy and birth, and healing deserves time, care, and support. At Nova, we provide gentle, individualized care to help you reconnect with your body and regain strength at your own pace.

• Core weakness and diastasis recti
• Pelvic floor concerns, such as leakage
• Pain with movement or daily activities
• Back, hip, or pelvic pain
• Cesarean or perineal scar discomfort
• General weakness or difficulty returning to daily activities

Pediatric Physical Therapy

Every child develops at their own pace, and sometimes a little extra support can make a big difference. We provide gentle, play-based therapy to help your child build strength, coordination, and confidence. Whether it is an infant, toddler, or an older child with a chronic condition, we support children who may be experiencing:

• Delays in reaching milestones like rolling, sitting, and walking
• Head or neck positioning concerns (torticollis)
• Coordination or balance challenges
• Muscle weakness
• General weakness or difficulty returning to daily activities
• Pediatric Intensives (Coming Soon!!!)

Our goal is to create a fun, supportive environment where children can thrive, and parents feel supported when concerns arise about their child’s motor development.
